01 4-5 cloves of garlic, smashed.
02 1/2 cup heavy cream.
03 1 small yellow onion, diced.
04 2 tablespoons of vegetable or avocado oil.
05 1 bay leaf.
06 1 teaspoon dried sage.
07 3 tablespoons regular flour.
08 A pinch of salt.
09 Black pepper, freshly cracked.
10 3/4 pound of ham, cubed.
11 4 ounces of grated white cheddar cheese.
12 3 1/2 cups chicken broth.
13 A 2-pound cauliflower head, chopped into small pieces.

Instructions
