Deli Reuben (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 oz thin-sliced corned beef.
02 - 2 pieces of deli rye swirl bread.
03 - 1 tbsp of butter.
04 - 1/4 cup sauerkraut, wrung out.
05 - 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
06 - 3 tbsp of Thousand Island dressing.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up a pan on medium-low and let the butter melt, spreading it all around.
02 - Lay bread slices in the pan. Slather one side of each slice with Thousand Island dressing.
03 - Put Swiss cheese on one slice of bread, then pile corned beef on top. Spread sauerkraut over the other bread slice.
04 - When cheese has melted, carefully press the bread slices together using a spatula.
05 - Flip and cook each side until golden and crisp, gently pressing down. Slice it up and eat while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Pick good-quality corned beef from a deli counter.
02 - You can swap corned beef with turkey or pastrami.
03 - Try coleslaw or lettuce instead of sauerkraut if you prefer.
