# Ingredients:

01 - ¾ cup all-purpose flour

03 - 1 tsp baking powder

11 - 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
12 - 1 cup powdered sugar
13 - 1 ½ cups whipped cream
14 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
15 - 12-15 crushed Oreo cookies

→ Chocolate Ganache

16 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
17 - ½ cup heavy cream

→ Garnish

18 - Crushed Oreo cookies for topping
19 - Whipped cream, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, whip the eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Mix in the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and red food coloring. Gently fold in the sifted dry ingredients until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar over a clean kitchen towel, turn the cake out onto the towel, and roll it up starting from the short side. Let it cool completely.
02 - In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Gently fold in whipped cream and crushed Oreo cookies. Carefully unroll the cooled cake, spread the filling evenly over the surface, and re-roll it. Wrap the cake roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
03 - In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Let the ganache sit for a few minutes to thicken slightly.
04 - Spread the ganache evenly over the chilled cake roll and sprinkle with crushed Oreo cookies. Slice into wedges and serve. Optionally, garnish with whipped cream.
