Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until tender, about 5 minutes. Return the beef to the skillet, add the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
03 -
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 10×14 inches. Cut the dough into 8 equal strips. Place a small amount of the beef and pepper mixture along the center of each strip. Top with a generous sprinkle of mozzarella and provolone cheese. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Roll the breadstick gently to shape it, ensuring the seam is underneath.
04 -
Place the stuffed breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet. Brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, if using. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
05 -
Let the breadsticks cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or cheese sauce for dipping.
