Pepperoni Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Fillings

01 - 1 (8-count) can buttermilk biscuits
02 - 1 cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 (5-ounce) package pepperoni minis
04 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed

→ For the Garlic Butter

05 - 1/2 cup melted butter
06 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
02 - Open the can of biscuits and use a rolling pin to flatten each one into approximately a 3-inch circle.
03 - Spread about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on each circle, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Place 2-3 pepperoni slices and 2 mozzarella cubes in the center of each circle.
04 - Carefully fold the edges of the dough and pinch to seal completely.
05 - Place the balls seam-side-down in the prepared pan.
06 - In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
07 - Brush the pizza bombs with the garlic butter mixture and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven. Immediately brush each pizza bomb with the remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle generously with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped herbs, if desired.
08 - Serve the pizza bombs hot with extra pizza sauce for dipping, and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Let the mozzarella warm to room temperature for optimal melting.
02 - Spray your hands and rolling pin with nonstick cooking spray to avoid sticking when working with the dough.
03 - Don’t overfill, or you risk bursting the bombs.
