01 - 48 frozen tater tots
02 - 1/2 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
03 - 8 slices bacon, finely chopped
04 - 2 green onions, chopped
05 - Sour cream, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven and follow the package instructions to bake the tater tots. Bake at 425°F for 28 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
02 - Remove the tater tots from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes until they are safe to handle.
03 - Thread 4 to 6 tater tots onto each skewer and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
04 - Sprinkle grated cheese over the tater tots, followed by bacon bits, and half of the chopped green onions.
05 - Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
06 - Remove the skewers from the oven, garnish with the remaining green onions, and serve with sour cream on the side.
