02 - 1 cup milk (236ml)
03 - 1 cup frozen mixed berries (190g)
04 - ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (120g)
05 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

→ Extras You Can Add

06 - ¼ block silken tofu
07 - 1 tablespoon nut butter
08 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
09 - 1 carrot
10 - ¼ cup cottage cheese
11 - 1 tablespoon flax seeds
12 - 1 cup spinach or kale

01 - Throw everything into a blender and mix it up until it's nice and smooth. Drink right away.
