# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 portion of pizza dough
02 - 3 tablespoons of melted butter, divided
03 - 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
04 - 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
05 - 12 thin slices of ham
06 - 15 slices of salami
07 - 15-17 slices of pepperoni
08 - 1 egg, beaten
09 - ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
10 - 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
12 - Marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Begin by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat while you prepare the stromboli.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 12×14-inch rectangle.
03 - Mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter with the minced garlic and brush the mixture evenly over the flattened dough.
04 - Spread ½ cup of mozzarella cheese on the dough, place the ham slices evenly, add another ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, then layer with salami, pepperoni, and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
05 - Brush the edges of the dough with the beaten egg, roll it tightly like a jelly roll, and pinch the seams to ensure it's sealed.
06 - Combine the remaining melted butter with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the top of the stromboli. Use a sharp knife to score diagonal cuts into the dough without cutting all the way through.
07 - Place the stromboli on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
08 - Let it cool for approximately 5 minutes after baking, then slice into portions. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap the meats out for alternatives such as turkey, roast beef, or vegetarian options like spinach and mushrooms.
02 - Adding a sprinkle of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes will enhance the flavor.
03 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheating in the oven ensures the crust maintains its texture.
