01 -
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
02 -
In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
03 -
Dip each flour-coated chicken piece into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, then return them to the flour mixture for a second light coat. Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
04 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
05 -
While the chicken is baking, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Optionally, add crushed red pepper flakes for some heat.
06 -
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
07 -
Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.
