# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 450 g chicken tenders or chicken breasts, cut into strips

→ Meat

02 - 8 slices bacon

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Sweetener

08 - 120 g brown sugar, light or dark

→ Fat

09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

→ Garnish

10 - Chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease the surface.
02 - Combine chicken strips with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
03 - Wrap each chicken strip with a slice of bacon, securing ends with a toothpick if necessary.
04 - Pour brown sugar into a shallow bowl. Roll each bacon-wrapped chicken strip in the sugar, pressing gently for adhesion. Sprinkle any excess sugar over the top.
05 - Arrange the prepared chicken pieces on the baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter to enhance browning.
06 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.
07 - Broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, monitoring closely, to achieve a golden and crisp exterior.
08 - Serve hot, spooning over any pan juices, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
