Vegetarian Pizza Topped Rolls (Print Version)

01 - 6 pizza rolls
02 - 1 red bell pepper, deseeded and diced
03 - 1 small can of corn, drained (140 g)
04 - 200 g sour cream
05 - 250 g Gouda, grated
06 - 2 tsp dried oregano
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh basil leaves (organic), for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, combine diced red bell pepper, drained corn, sour cream, grated Gouda, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
03 - Spread the prepared topping evenly over the cut surfaces of each roll half.
04 - Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan/convection) or 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
05 - For an extra crispy finish, use the grill setting for the last few minutes of baking.
06 - Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve the pizza rolls immediately.
