Quick Crispy Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One small head of cauliflower.
02 - Three large eggs.
03 - Half a cup of all-purpose flour for coating.
04 - 1/3 teaspoon of table salt.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
06 - Four tablespoons of cooking oil for frying.
07 - Optional sauce made with garlic:
08 - One tablespoon of crushed garlic.
09 - A tablespoon of finely chopped fresh parsley.
10 - A single tablespoon of lemon juice.
11 - Two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the cauliflower into smaller florets. Cook them in water with some salt for about 7-9 minutes, or until they soften. Drain well.
02 - Pour the flour into one bowl. In another, beat the eggs, then mix in the salt and pepper.
03 - Roll each piece of cauliflower in the flour to coat it lightly, then dip it into the egg mixture.
04 - Heat up some oil in a pan over medium. Fry the cauliflower for 3-4 minutes per side until it’s got a golden crust.
05 - Combine the crushed garlic, parsley, olive oil, and lemon juice. Pour it over the cauliflower if you’d like more flavor.
