Simple Carb-Free Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large eggs.
02 - 3 tablespoons of full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature.
03 - A pinch (1/4 teaspoon) of cream of tartar.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 300°F and let it heat up. Split the eggs into yolks and whites, keeping them in separate bowls.
02 - Blend the yolks together with the cream cheese until the mixture is nice and smooth.
03 - Whisk the egg whites and cream of tartar until firm peaks form, where the whites hold their shape.
04 - Gradually fold the yolk and cream cheese mixture into the fluffy egg whites, being careful not to deflate them.
05 - Spoon small round blobs onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for half an hour or until golden.

# Notes:

01 - For the best flavor, stick to full-fat cream cheese.
02 - They’ll stay good for 3 days at room temperature or up to a week if kept in the fridge.
03 - You can freeze them too, just add a layer of parchment paper in between to keep them separated.
