Texas Roadhouse Baked Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp onion powder
05 - 1 tsp paprika
06 - 1 tsp dried oregano
07 - ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
08 - Salt and black pepper (to taste)
09 - Juice of 1 lemon
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
11 - Lemon slices (for serving)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
04 - Brush or rub the spice mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
05 - Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon fillets.
06 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
07 - Remove salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
08 - Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave.
02 - Substitute salmon with trout, yellowtail, or cod for similar results.
03 - To reduce spice, omit cayenne pepper or replace it with smoked paprika.
04 - Use lime juice as an alternative to lemon juice.
