Texas Roadhouse Grilled Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
04 - 1 tbsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tbsp onion powder
06 - 1 tbsp paprika
07 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
08 - 1 tsp lemon zest

→ Lemon Butter Sauce

09 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter
10 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
11 - 1 tsp lemon zest
12 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and lemon juice.
02 - Place the salmon fillets on the grill or in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove from heat.
03 - In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and fresh parsley. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
04 - Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the grilled salmon fillets and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.

# Notes:

01 - Leftover salmon can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
02 - Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh green salad.
