Taco Ranch Phyllo Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning
03 - 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 bottle (8 oz) ranch dressing
06 - 5 packages (15 count each) frozen phyllo tart shells

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chiles to the browned beef. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Add the cooked taco meat mixture and mix well.
05 - Spoon the mixture into the frozen phyllo tart shells, filling evenly.
06 - Bake for 8–10 minutes, or 10–13 minutes if using frozen shells, until lightly browned and heated through.
