Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce (about 2 heads)
02 - 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
03 - 1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
04 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
05 - 1/3 cup diced red onion
06 - 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
07 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
08 - Poppy seed dressing, as desired

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, place romaine lettuce as the base. Add the cooked chicken, followed by strawberries, blueberries, red onion, pecans, and feta cheese.
02 - Drizzle the desired amount of poppy seed dressing over the salad. Toss gently to coat and serve immediately.
