Easy Pot Roast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 lbs of sirloin tip roast, take off the twine.
02 - 1 and a half pounds of small potatoes.
03 - 2 cups of mini carrots.
04 - 1 large yellow onion, cut into rings.
05 - 3 tablespoons of cubed unsalted butter.
06 - A cup of beef stock.
07 - 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
08 - 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
09 - 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
10 - 2 teaspoons of garlic seasoning.
11 - 2 teaspoons of onion seasoning.
12 - 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika spice.
13 - 1 teaspoon of dried parsley flakes.
14 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
15 - 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Place the carrots, onions, and potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Toss in the butter chunks, then set the roast over everything.
02 - In a bowl, whisk the broth, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and all the spices. Pour this mix over the roast.
03 - Let everything simmer covered for 8-10 hours on Low or 4-5 hours on High. Wait until the roast is super soft.
04 - Pull the roast into pieces with forks inside the slow cooker, mix it lightly, and dish it out with veggies and juice.

# Notes:

01 - Cooking slow gives the softest finish.
02 - Stays good in the fridge 3-4 days.
03 - Freeze leftover meat for up to 3 months.
