# Ingredients:

01 - 36 Oreos, finely crushed
02 - 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
03 - 8 oz block cream cheese, softened at room temperature
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar
05 - 2 tubs (8 oz each) frozen whipped topping, thawed at room temperature, divided
06 - 3 boxes (3.4 oz each) cheesecake instant pudding mix
07 - 3 cups cold milk
08 - 1 teaspoon mint extract
09 - Green gel food coloring (not drops)

10 - Oreo crumbs
11 - Whipped topping
12 - Maraschino cherries
13 - Green sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, mix together crushed Oreos and melted butter using a fork until the mixture resembles wet sand.
03 - Pour the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Press the crust firmly into all corners and sides of the dish using your palm until it is flat and even.
04 - Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
05 - In a large mixing bowl, use an electric hand or stand mixer to blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 tub of whipped topping until fully smooth.
06 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust, smoothing it level with a rubber spatula.
07 - In a separate mixing bowl, blend the pudding mixes with cold milk on low-medium speed until combined. Add the remaining tub of whipped topping, mint extract, and 2-3 inches of gel food coloring. Blend until smooth and evenly green.
08 - Spread the green pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer, smoothing the top flat.
09 - Refrigerate the dish for 4-6 hours or overnight until fully set.
10 - Before serving, garnish with Oreo crumbs. Slice into portions and top each piece with whipped topping, maraschino cherries, and green sprinkles as desired.
