Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, and drained Rotel. Stir until well mixed.

Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon a generous tablespoon of filling onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll up and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until golden brown.
