# Ingredients:

→ Reuben Balls

01 - 1 cup ground corned beef
02 - 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
03 - 1/2 cup drained and squeezed sauerkraut
04 - 1/2 cup plain or panko breadcrumbs
05 - 1 large egg

→ Dipping Sauce

06 - 1/4 cup spicy Thousand Island dressing
07 - Mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and pickle relish (to taste)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large bowl, mix together the ground corned beef, grated Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, breadcrumbs, and egg until well combined.
03 - Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
05 - While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and pickle relish to create the dipping sauce.
06 - Serve warm with the spicy Thousand Island dressing on the side.
