01 -
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Chop the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and gather all ingredients.
02 -
In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and ½ tsp salt. Set aside.
03 -
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in ½ cup creamy peanut butter, ⅓ cup melted butter, ½ cup granulated sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, 2 large eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix until well-blended.
04 -
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with ½ cup milk or buttermilk. Stir gently until combined without overmixing.
05 -
Fold in the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and, if desired, Reese's Pieces for extra crunch and color.
06 -
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, with only melted chocolate streaks. Check at 50 minutes and tent with foil if browning too quickly.
07 -
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. For extra indulgence, drizzle melted peanut butter over the cooled bread.
