Reese’s Peanut Butter Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Banana Bread

01 - 3 ripe bananas, mashed
02 - ½ cup creamy peanut butter
03 - ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
04 - ½ cup granulated sugar
05 - ½ cup brown sugar, packed
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
08 - 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
09 - 1 tsp baking soda
10 - ½ tsp salt
11 - ½ cup milk or buttermilk
12 - 1 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
13 - ½ cup Reese’s Pieces (optional)

→ Optional Peanut Butter Drizzle

14 - ¼ cup peanut butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Chop the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and gather all ingredients.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and ½ tsp salt. Set aside.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in ½ cup creamy peanut butter, ⅓ cup melted butter, ½ cup granulated sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, 2 large eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix until well-blended.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with ½ cup milk or buttermilk. Stir gently until combined without overmixing.
05 - Fold in the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and, if desired, Reese's Pieces for extra crunch and color.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, with only melted chocolate streaks. Check at 50 minutes and tent with foil if browning too quickly.
07 - Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. For extra indulgence, drizzle melted peanut butter over the cooled bread.

# Notes:

01 - Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness and moisture.
02 - Do not overmix the batter to maintain a tender loaf.
03 - Chop candy into bite-size pieces to ensure even distribution.
04 - Allow the bread to cool fully before slicing to avoid crumbling.
