Pull Apart Monkey Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 48 oz Pillsbury Biscuits, about 3 tubes
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tsp cinnamon
04 - 1 cup melted butter
05 - ¾ cup brown sugar
06 - 2 cups powdered sugar
07 - 2 tbsp milk
08 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
09 - 1 pinch salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Coat a large fluted tube cake pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
02 - Open biscuits and separate. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
03 - In a large zip-close bag, combine 1 cup sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Shake to mix together. Add in the biscuit pieces and shake to coat evenly. Place coated biscuits in the prepared pan.
04 - Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a bowl and stir until smooth. Pour the mixture over the biscuits.
05 - Bake for 50 minutes, or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully turn over onto a serving platter.
06 - In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until it reaches a thick glaze consistency. If too thick, add a little more milk to thin. Drizzle the glaze over the monkey bread.
07 - Serve the warm monkey bread and enjoy!
