In a medium-sized bowl, mix butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth and well combined.

Spread the butter mixture evenly over one side of each bread slice. Lay the slices butter-side up on a sheet tray until ready for use.

Place a slice of bread butter-side down in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add a slice of mozzarella cheese, followed by 6 slices of pepperoni, another slice of mozzarella cheese, 6 more slices of pepperoni, and a final slice of mozzarella. Top with another slice of bread, butter-side up.

Cover the skillet with a lid and cook until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown, about 3–5 minutes. Flip the sandwich carefully, cover again, and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese melts. Repeat for remaining sandwiches.
