Pasta with Minced Beef Delight (Print Version)

01 - 250g pasta
02 - 300g ground beef
03 - 1 red onion
04 - 2 red and yellow bell peppers
05 - 80g baby spinach
06 - 2 garlic cloves
07 - 1 tbsp tomato paste
08 - 200ml vegetable broth
09 - 200ml heavy cream
10 - 50g grated cheese
11 - 1 tsp sweet paprika
12 - 1 tsp Italian herbs
13 - 2 tbsp olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.
02 - Remove the stems from the bell peppers and cut into small cubes.
03 - Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large pan and brown the ground beef until crumbly.
05 - Season the browned beef with sweet paprika, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
06 - Add the diced onion to the pan and sauté until soft.
07 - Add the diced bell peppers, garlic, and tomato paste to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes.
08 - Deglaze with vegetable broth and heavy cream, then cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
09 - Add the spinach leaves to the pan and stir until wilted. Stir in the grated cheese until melted.
10 - Add the cooked pasta to the pan, mix well, season to taste, and serve.
