Parmesan Crusted Chicken Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 1/2 lb chicken breast, approximately 1 inch thick (about 3-4 pieces)
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1/3 cup grated parmesan
05 - 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (Italian or plain, optionally add 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning)
06 - 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
07 - 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon sea salt

→ Potatoes

08 - 2 lb red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
09 - 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
11 - 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
12 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Green Beans

13 - 1 lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed
14 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
15 - 1 garlic clove, minced
16 - 1 tablespoon parmesan (optional)
17 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F.
02 - Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking oil.
03 - In a medium bowl, toss all ingredients for potatoes together. Spread the potatoes on 1/3 of the pan and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes. For crispier potatoes, opt for the additional 5 minutes.
04 - While the potatoes are cooking, toss all chicken ingredients in the same bowl and coat well.
05 - Remove the pan from the oven and add the chicken next to the potatoes.
06 - While the chicken and potatoes are cooking, toss all green bean ingredients together. Add them to the pan.
07 - Bake for about 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. For extra crispy potatoes, set the oven to broil on high for 4-5 minutes if desired.
08 - Remove from the oven and let cool for several minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Thicker chicken breasts may require additional baking time. Use a thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
02 - The bottom of the chicken may be less crispy. Consider using a rack on the sheet pan for better browning.
03 - Feel free to personalize with extra herbs such as oregano or Italian seasoning.
