Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 12 ounces smoked sausage, sliced
03 - 1 cup buffalo sauce
04 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 2 cups chicken broth
07 - 12 ounces penne pasta, uncooked
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
11 - Salt to taste
12 - Black pepper to taste
13 - Fresh chopped parsley, optional, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken pieces and sausage slices until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, combine buffalo sauce, heavy cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a simmer, scraping up browned bits.
03 - Add uncooked pasta directly into the sauce, stirring well to coat. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, about 12–15 minutes.
04 - Return the cooked chicken and sausage to the pan. Stir everything together and cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
05 - Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy.
