# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 3-4 large chicken breasts
03 - Salt
04 - Pepper
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon thyme
07 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional: reduce to 1/2 teaspoon for less spice)
08 - 3/4 cup chicken broth
09 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
10 - 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
11 - 1/4 to 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
12 - Fresh basil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Sear in the skillet until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and transfer to a plate.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in thyme, red pepper flakes, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
04 - Stir in chopped sundried tomatoes and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
05 - Return chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Place skillet in oven and bake until chicken is fully cooked, about 15-18 minutes.
06 - Garnish with fresh basil and additional grated parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
