# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken breast
02 - 8 slices cooked and chopped bacon
03 - 5 cups broccoli florets or 1 pound thawed frozen spinach (well-drained)
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 cup ranch dressing
06 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ For the Cheese Topping

08 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Optional

10 - 1-3 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix (for extra flavor)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (191°C). For spinach: Fully thaw frozen spinach, then squeeze thoroughly to remove excess moisture. For broccoli: Blanch fresh broccoli florets for 1–2 minutes until bright green; drain thoroughly.
02 - In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, prepared vegetables (broccoli or spinach), minced garlic, ranch dressing, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined. Optionally add ranch seasoning for more flavor.
03 - Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
04 - Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly over the top.
05 - Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes, until casserole is hot and bubbly. Remove from oven, let rest briefly, then serve warm.
