Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in one dish. Beat eggs and milk together in a second dish. Place the flour in a third dish.

Dredge chicken breasts in the flour first, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.

Mix the remaining Parmesan cheese with the mozzarella cheese and minced garlic. Spread the mixture over each chicken breast. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
