Combine all ingredients, except spaghetti sauce, until well mixed. Use hands to ensure even mixture.

Form mixture into balls slightly smaller than a golf ball using hands or a small ice cream scoop.

Spray the bottom of the Instant Pot with cooking spray and add spaghetti sauce.

Place meatballs over the sauce, layering if necessary. Ensure they touch but are not squished.

Secure the lid and switch valve to sealing position. Press 'Manual' and set to high pressure for 7 minutes.
