Instant Pot Meatballs Made Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup grated onion
03 - 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 2 eggs
06 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
07 - 2 tablespoons milk
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
09 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Sauce

11 - 4 cups spaghetti sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all ingredients, except spaghetti sauce, until well mixed. Use hands to ensure even mixture.
02 - Form mixture into balls slightly smaller than a golf ball using hands or a small ice cream scoop.
03 - Spray the bottom of the Instant Pot with cooking spray and add spaghetti sauce.
04 - Place meatballs over the sauce, layering if necessary. Ensure they touch but are not squished.
05 - Secure the lid and switch valve to sealing position. Press 'Manual' and set to high pressure for 7 minutes.
06 - Allow a slow release for 5 minutes after the timer goes off, then carefully switch tab to venting for a quick release.
07 - Remove the lid, stir gently, and serve meatballs over cooked pasta noodles.
