Hawaiian Shoyu Chicken BBQ (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 5 chicken thighs, bone in and skin on

→ Marinade

02 - 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
03 - 2 tablespoons water
04 - 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
07 - 1/2 yellow onion, minced
08 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl or large Ziplock and let marinate overnight.
02 - Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
03 - Bake in a baking pan for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
