Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit

01 - 1 pound strawberries, tops removed and quartered
02 - 3 mandarin oranges, peeled
03 - 20 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
04 - 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
05 - 1 mango, peeled and cubed
06 - 1 banana, peeled and sliced

→ Creamy Base

07 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
08 - 8 ounces Cool Whip
09 - 1 box cheesecake instant pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
10 - 1 cup milk

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese for 1-2 minutes, until smooth. Set aside.
02 - In another mixing bowl, whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and milk, until well combined.
03 - Add the cheesecake pudding and Cool Whip to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
04 - Add the pineapple tidbits and all prepared fruits to the bowl, and gently toss to combine. Save several kiwis, strawberries, and mandarin oranges for garnish.
05 - Chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Garnish with extra pieces of fruit.
