# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 pounds sliced carne asada or skirt steak, very thin

→ Marinade

02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup cider vinegar
04 - 1/4 cup beef broth
05 - Juice of 1/2 orange
06 - Juice of 1 lime
07 - 1/4 cup chopped onion
08 - 4 ounces diced chilis
09 - 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno
10 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
12 - 1/2 bunch cilantro, stemmed and chopped
13 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
14 - 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
15 - 1 teaspoon green Tabasco sauce
16 - 1/2 teaspoon ground Mexican oregano

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all marinade ingredients in a large resealable bag, ensuring everything is well mixed.
02 - Place the sliced beef in the marinade, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated. Squeeze out excess air from the bag, seal it tightly, and let it marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
03 - Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the beef for 1–2 minutes on each side until just cooked through. The thin slices will cook quickly, so monitor closely during grilling.
04 - Remove the beef from the grill, allow to rest momentarily, then slice thinly against the grain. Serve with your choice of tacos, burritos, or other dishes.
