Goat Cheese with Fig & Honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces goat cheese log
02 - 3 tablespoons fig preserves or fig jam
03 - 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - Crackers or crostini for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Chop pistachios and place them on a shallow plate.
02 - Roll the goat cheese log in the chopped pistachios, pressing them into the sides and top until fully coated.
03 - Place the coated goat cheese log on a serving platter.
04 - Spoon fig preserves over the top and sides of the goat cheese log. If the preserves are thick, stir them well and microwave for 5 seconds to make them more spreadable.
05 - Drizzle honey over the top of the goat cheese log.
06 - Sprinkle extra chopped pistachios on top and serve with your favorite crackers or crostini.
