Chop pistachios and place them on a shallow plate.

Roll the goat cheese log in the chopped pistachios, pressing them into the sides and top until fully coated.

Place the coated goat cheese log on a serving platter.

Spoon fig preserves over the top and sides of the goat cheese log. If the preserves are thick, stir them well and microwave for 5 seconds to make them more spreadable.

Drizzle honey over the top of the goat cheese log.

Sprinkle extra chopped pistachios on top and serve with your favorite crackers or crostini.
