# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup gluten-free Italian-style breadcrumbs
02 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 2 teaspoons dried parsley
04 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 pound ground beef (80/20 preferred)
10 - 1 large egg

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
03 - Add ground beef and egg. Gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
04 - Use an ice cream scoop or measuring spoon to portion meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Roll gently with oiled hands. Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet.
