In a large bowl, combine gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add ground beef and egg. Gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Use an ice cream scoop or measuring spoon to portion meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Roll gently with oiled hands. Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet.

Bake meatballs for 13-15 minutes, or until browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
