Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds (907 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - ¼ cup (58 g) mayonnaise
03 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Garlic Parmesan Sauce

08 - ½ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, melted
09 - 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
10 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
12 - 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, finely grated

13 - Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vegetable oil, garlic powder, paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add chicken cubes and toss to evenly coat.
02 - Working one skewer at a time, thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer.
03 - Air fry the skewers at 400°F (200°C) for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
04 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, minced garlic, and black pepper. Once the butter has melted, remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese and parsley.
05 - Transfer cooked chicken skewers to a plate. Drizzle or brush with the garlic parmesan sauce and serve hot.
06 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Thread seasoned chicken onto skewers and place them on the lined sheet. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Drizzle or brush with the garlic parmesan sauce.
07 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread seasoned chicken onto skewers. Grill for 8-10 minutes per side or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Brush the chicken with garlic parmesan sauce after grilling.

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.
