01 - 1 pound ground chicken
02 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - ¼ cup breadcrumbs
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 egg, beaten
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - ½ teaspoon salt
09 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
10 - ½ cup marinara sauce
11 - ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large bowl, gently mix ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.

04 - Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
05 - Remove meatloaf from oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Leftovers keep well in an airtight container for 3-4 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
02 - Meat mixture can be prepped a day ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
03 - To make it gluten-free, substitute breadcrumbs with almond flour, gluten-free oats, or crushed cornflakes.
04 - Experiment with fresh herbs like basil or thyme, or add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
