10 - 2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella.
11 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend the melted cheeses with eggs, almond flour, and baking powder.
02 - Let the dough sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
03 - Divide into 8 pieces and flatten between parchment sheets.
04 - Cook at 350°F for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
