Garlic Tilapia (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fillets of tilapia
02 - Salt and cracked black pepper, as desired
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of oregano (dried)
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
06 - 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
07 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped finely
08 - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
09 - 1/4 teaspoon of lemon peel (zested)
10 - 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds for decoration
11 - A sprinkle of red chili flakes, for topping
12 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it heat up.
02 - Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme over the tilapia fillets. Put them in a 9x13 pan.
03 - In a bowl, combine the melted butter, chopped garlic, lemon juice, and zest. Pour the mixture over the fish.
04 - Pop the dish in the oven for 10-12 minutes. The fish is ready when you can easily pull it apart with a fork.
05 - Before serving, top with parsley, lemon slices, and a dash of chili flakes.
