Garlic Butter Chicken Bites Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Bites

01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into smaller pieces
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
06 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
07 - Fresh parsley, diced, for garnish

→ Creamy Parmesan Pasta

08 - 12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
09 - 2 tbsp butter
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 cup heavy cream
12 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
14 - Salt and pepper, to taste
15 - Optional: Extra garlic butter for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and set aside.
02 - In an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook the chicken for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside in a bowl.
03 - In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium, and melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Return the cooked chicken bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce.
04 - In a separate skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Add the cooked pasta to the prepared Parmesan sauce and toss until evenly coated.
06 - Plate the pasta and top with the garlic butter chicken bites. Drizzle extra garlic butter if desired and garnish with fresh diced parsley.
