# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 recipe (1 cup) Firecracker Sauce, divided
02 - 1 ½ pounds sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
03 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
04 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
05 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
06 - Green onions, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
02 - Pour ¼ cup of the firecracker sauce over the steak and toss to coat. Let it marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
03 - To a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. Once hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. (Depending on the size of the skillet, you may have to work in batches.) Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned and caramelized. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
04 - Reduce the heat to medium and pour the remaining firecracker sauce into the skillet. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
05 - Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 30 more seconds, then remove from heat.
06 - Serve immediately, drizzling any extra sauce from the pan over the steak bites for added flavor. Garnish with green onions if desired.
