# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Base

01 - 1 pizza dough
02 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 egg, beaten
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Fillings

06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
07 - 12 thin slices ham
08 - 15 slices salami
09 - 15–17 slices pepperoni

→ Toppings

10 - 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
11 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

→ Serving

12 - Marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even baking.
02 - Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 12 x 14-inch rectangle. Roll directly onto parchment paper if desired.
03 - Mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the dough's surface.
04 - Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a 1–2-inch border at the edges. Add layers of ham, another 1/2 cup mozzarella, salami, and pepperoni. Top with the remaining cheese.
05 - Brush beaten egg along the borders. Starting at the long edge without egg wash, roll the dough tightly jelly-roll style. Pinch the seam to seal and tuck the ends under.
06 - Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush over the stromboli. Make shallow diagonal cuts 2 inches apart with a serrated knife.
07 - Transfer the stromboli to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
08 - Cool for 5 minutes. Slice into 8 pieces and serve with marinara sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Use store-bought pizza dough for convenience or make your own if you have extra time.
02 - Add Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper to the garlic butter for additional flavor.
03 - Experiment with fillings such as turkey, roast beef, or vegetarian options like spinach and mushrooms.
