01 -
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even baking.
02 -
Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 12 x 14-inch rectangle. Roll directly onto parchment paper if desired.
03 -
Mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the dough's surface.
04 -
Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a 1–2-inch border at the edges. Add layers of ham, another 1/2 cup mozzarella, salami, and pepperoni. Top with the remaining cheese.
05 -
Brush beaten egg along the borders. Starting at the long edge without egg wash, roll the dough tightly jelly-roll style. Pinch the seam to seal and tuck the ends under.
06 -
Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush over the stromboli. Make shallow diagonal cuts 2 inches apart with a serrated knife.
07 -
Transfer the stromboli to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
08 -
Cool for 5 minutes. Slice into 8 pieces and serve with marinara sauce.
