Easy Fresh Fruit Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 1 large orange, juiced
02 - 1 lemon, juiced

→ Fruit

03 - 2 cups seedless red grapes
04 - 1 pineapple, cored and chopped into chunks
05 - 4 mangoes, peeled, cored, cubed
06 - 6 ounces blueberries
07 - 2 pounds strawberries, halved
08 - 6 cups watermelon, cubed
09 - 12 ounces blackberries
10 - 5 kiwis, peeled and quartered
11 - 6 ounces raspberries

# Instructions:

01 - Add the fresh orange juice and lemon juice to a small bowl. Mix to combine and set aside.
02 - Chop and prepare the fruit, ensuring they are not cut into pieces that are too large or too small to avoid uneven texture. Large pieces may be difficult to eat, and small pieces can become mushy quickly.
03 - To a large mixing bowl, add the more sturdy fruit first (grapes, pineapple, mango, blueberries, and strawberries). Drizzle with half the orange juice mixture and gently toss to combine.
04 - Add the remaining fruit, except for the raspberries. Drizzle with the remaining orange juice mixture and gently toss to combine.
05 - Add the raspberries on top and serve immediately, or cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a tight-fitting lid and store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Raspberries and other overly-ripe fruits do not mix well. Add these at the end or place them on top to prevent them from becoming mushy.
