Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 8 oz linguine pasta
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
04 - 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
05 - 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
06 - 1 tsp paprika
07 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
08 - Salt (to taste)
09 - Black pepper (to taste)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil linguine in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt half of the butter. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and rest before slicing.
03 - In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
04 - Add the cooked linguine to the skillet. Toss well to coat with the sauce. If needed, use reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
05 - Layer sliced chicken over the pasta mixture. Serve warm and enjoy!
