Crispy Hot Honey Feta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon paprika
05 - ½ teaspoon salt
06 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
07 - ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
08 - 3 tablespoons hot honey
09 - Fresh parsley, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Season chicken breasts on both sides with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
04 - Transfer chicken to prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
05 - Remove chicken from oven. Drizzle chicken with hot honey and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly on top. Bake for additional 5 minutes, allowing feta to melt and honey to bubble.
06 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
