Crispy Herbed Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Slice 2 pounds of potatoes into thick pieces about 1/2 inch wide.
02 - Cut 1 onion into quarters after halving it.
03 - Use 1/2 cup of olive oil.
04 - Measure out 1/2 cup of canola oil.
05 - Chop up 4 garlic cloves.
06 - Take 1 packet of onion-flavored soup mix.
07 - Finely chop 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary leaves.
08 - Add 1 tablespoon of coarsely ground black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 450°F (230°C) so it’s ready to go.
02 - Throw the potatoes, onion, oils, garlic, soup mix, rosemary, and pepper into a roasting pan. Stir it all together until the veggies are coated evenly.
03 - Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
04 - Take the foil off, then roast for another 15-30 minutes. You want everything to turn golden and crispy.
05 - If you like, scatter some extra rosemary on top before serving.

01 - This works great as a side dish for just about anything.
02 - Feel free to decorate it with additional fresh rosemary.
