Set your oven to 450°F (230°C) so it’s ready to go.

Throw the potatoes, onion, oils, garlic, soup mix, rosemary, and pepper into a roasting pan. Stir it all together until the veggies are coated evenly.

Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Take the foil off, then roast for another 15-30 minutes. You want everything to turn golden and crispy.
