Simple Crispy Tofu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 block (16 ounces) of extra firm tofu
02 - 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (toasted)
03 - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
04 - 1 minced garlic clove
05 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Use a tofu press or a heavy pan to press the tofu for at least 15 minutes. Once that’s done, slice it into small cubes and put it in a bowl.
02 - Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour this mixture over the tofu pieces and stir to make sure everything’s covered. Leave it alone for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
03 - Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Pop in the tofu pieces in a single layer and let them cook for about 10-15 minutes. Give the basket a shake every so often so they crisp up evenly.

# Notes:

01 - You can replace the sesame oil with extra olive oil if you prefer.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge for 4 to 5 days.
03 - Super firm tofu works best for extra crispiness.
