Use a tofu press or a heavy pan to press the tofu for at least 15 minutes. Once that’s done, slice it into small cubes and put it in a bowl.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour this mixture over the tofu pieces and stir to make sure everything’s covered. Leave it alone for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Pop in the tofu pieces in a single layer and let them cook for about 10-15 minutes. Give the basket a shake every so often so they crisp up evenly.
