# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders, trimmed
02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
03 - 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - Cooking spray or olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly with cooking spray.
02 - Stir together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) and the ranch seasoning mix in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, crushed Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs), garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
03 - Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, making sure it's fully coated. Then press the tenders into the cheese and cracker mixture to fully cover them with the coating.
04 - Arrange the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray, then bake them for 25-30 minutes. Flip the tenders halfway through and ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
05 - Once baked to perfection, serve the tenders warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, honey mustard, or barbecue.

# Notes:

01 - For the best results, use freshly shredded cheese instead of pre-shredded cheese, as it melts better and has a richer flavor.
02 - If you prefer extra spice, consider adding a touch of cayenne pepper or other seasonings to the coating mixture.
