# Ingredients:

01 - Olive oil
02 - Lime juice
03 - Garlic, minced
04 - Chipotle powder or adobo sauce
05 - Smoked paprika
06 - Ground cumin
07 - Salt
08 - Black pepper

→ Chipotle Ranch Sauce

09 - Ranch dressing
10 - Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
11 - Lime juice
12 - Garlic powder
13 - Salt

→ Burrito Filling

14 - Grilled chicken, sliced
15 - Fresh chopped tomatoes
16 - Diced red onion
17 - Fresh cilantro leaves
18 - Jalapeño slices or chopped green chili (optional)
19 - Lettuce or spinach (optional)
20 - Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
21 - Sliced avocado or guacamole
22 - Cooked rice (white, brown, or cilantro-lime rice)

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chipotle powder or adobo sauce, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Thoroughly coat the chicken and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for enhanced flavor.
02 - Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken until golden with char marks and fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
03 - In a blender, mix ranch dressing, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust spice or salt to taste.
04 - Warm tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave. Add a scoop of rice, grilled chicken, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, shredded cheese, lettuce or spinach, avocado or guacamole, and a generous drizzle of chipotle ranch sauce. Wrap tightly and serve warm.
